environment? Join me at Art Box in St. Charles, IL on Thursdays from 12:30 pm -
3 pm.
Whether you are completely new to pastel painting or looking to build on the foundation of knowledge you already have, I will teach a variety of techniques for creating your own personal style. If you're new to pastels, I will provide step-by-step guidance. While you work, I'll share my knowledge of materials, composition, values, color theory, techniques, and finishing. We will explore commercially made pastel surfaces as well as learn how to create your own. This is a class for all skill levels. You will work from your own reference photos or from life.
